Our Story
Colorscape was started as a home project to make colouring outlines from photos. Colorscape has grown and evolved to not just creating outlines but also pixel art, AI image generation and customised products.
Our mission is to be the best and most complete coloring app in the World fostering creativity, allowing expression for your inspiration and letting our users use their artwork freely for whatever purpose they wish.
Colorscape is a 100% Not-For-Profit mobile app with all proceeds going into app development and updates. Through our Foundation, we wish to be a force of good in the communities that have downloaded and used Colorscape.
Above all, we want Colorscape to allow your creativity to have expression and reflect whatever inspires you!
The Team
Hi, I’m Ajay. I started Colorscape as a home project for my daughter who was just three years old at the time.
I’m a medical doctor by background and live and work in Cambridge, England. Colorscape and the team we have behind Colorscape are very dear to me. We want people to enjoy using Colorscape and we want to do good through our Foundation. Outside of work and Colorscape, I like running, snowboarding (badly and very slowly) and I have a pilot’s licence for light aircraft.
Hi! I’m Anna, a Project Manager based in Gdańsk with a chemical engineering degree and a soft spot for anything creative. I jumped into the world of IT in 2022 and haven’t looked back – especially since joining Colorscape, where creativity isn’t just encouraged, it’s unleashed. In my spare time, I swap Gantt charts for paint-by-numbers kits and nail polish – I’m known for turning my friends’ nails into tiny art galleries. My heart skips a beat for Van Eyck’s detail, Beksiński’s darkness, and Van Gogh’s chaos (in the best way). Seeing their work in person? Bucket-list stuff – checked!
Hello, I’m Maciej from the product development team. I’m an iOS developer living in a quiet village near Poznan, Poland.
Before the smartphone era, I was programming banking systems and multimedia applications, among other things, so I dare to think that I’m not so easily replaceable by AI.
I can’t get bored. In my spare time I love to bake, make DIY furniture and can often be found in my garden. My most recent hobby is sailing, keep your fingers crossed that I pass my yachtsman’s certificate exam.

Colorscape is not only an entertaining and imaginative app but a company dedicated to making a difference in communities nationwide. Recognizing its potential as a valuable tool in my classroom, I was drawn to become not only a social media manager but also the foundation manager for Colorscape. I’m excited to combine my teaching expertise with my commitment to social good through this innovative platform.
